New Clients (important information)
New clients of The BeautyHut are required to have a 10 minute consultation prior to any treatments in order to establish any allergies, skin conditions and record personal details. Initial consultations are free of charge and will not reduce the treatment time.
New clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit in advance of the first appointment which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment booking time. AppointmenAppointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to complete your consultation & paperwork.
Please be aware if you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened in consideration for the next client.
General Terms & Conditions
Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you.
If you wish to cancel your appointment or change your appointment time, please call no later than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations or alterations made on the day of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or may result in us cancelling your appointment so we can offer your space to another client.
Late notice of appointment cancellation severely impacts our business and our ability to serve other clients. Therefore we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or change of treatments.
No treatment to any persons under the age of 16 years are permitted without the presence or written consent of their parent or legal guardian.
As we operate on a tight appointment schedule, if you arrive later your appointment we reserve the right to reduce the treatment time accordingly, or if totally necessary, ask you to re-book the appointment.

The BeautyHut is fully insured and we are a member of, and regulated by BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology).

In order to respond to your enquiries it is necessary to ask for personal information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number(s). We will use this information only to respond to your requests or to contact you via email or phone in relation to your booking or treatment.
Submission of any online forms and bookings via telephone or email will be deemed as acceptance of our terms & conditions.
